岗位职责：

电话联系客户，向客户简单介绍游学项目，必要时进行简单的前期销售工作

和学员沟通住宿、接机、付款等具体事宜，帮助学员顺利出行

和海外EF学校沟通学生住宿申请、邀请函等事宜

负责如行前指导、客户信息管理、入账、退款等其他事务

要求：

每周至少有2-3天实习时间，至少实习3个月及以上

英语口语和书面表达流利（操作系统全英文，收发英文邮件，偶尔有越洋电话）

沟通表达能力强，随机应变，处事灵活

能够熟练使用Microsoft Office 等办公软件

有海外学习或游历经验优先
