Main Responsibility: - Create booking and handle booking amendment within SLA accurately according to customer request. - Communicate with customer to resolve operation problem professionally with passion and kindness. - Monitor shipment status on daily base and handle exception situation timely when problem detected. - Assist management to produce accurate analysis report base on operation data and capable to identify problem and provide suggestion to resolve problem.
Qualification Requirement: - Proficiency in English writing, speaking, and listening is a must. - Major in English, Foreign trade and Logistic is preferable. - Strong customer focus and sense of responsibility is a must. - Experience in office tools utilization is required. - Excellent skill in Excel tools is favorable. - Strong logical thinking sense is required. - Can accept working in shift turn
