KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Execute/Implement patient education activities including patient supporting program (PSP)
Understand the patient education activities objectives, process and key messages
Train and drive nurses and physicians to engage Lantus patients education activities(PEP,PSP,Recycle program, patient education class, et al)
Track and report PEP/PSP, Recycle Programon a monthly basis (outcome and KPI).
Monitor local patient education activities process to ensure performance achieved and compliance alignment.
Manage local patient education materials, starter kits and sample Solostar pens
Collaborate with sales reps to maximize patient education outcome
2. Visit nurse and deliver education training on Diabetes management and product proper use
Regularly visit nurse to deliver scientific knowledge of Insulin (Lantus), OAD(Amaryl)and BG testing, et al.
Provide the training to nurse on diabetes education & management knowledge and skill (such as use of Lantus start-kit, BG monitoring, Lantus Injection technique, Self-titration, Hypoglycemic/Hyperglycemic treatment and prevention, Healthy eating plan and Exercise plan, etc ) via face to face meeting, department talk or group meeting, and city meeting; And continuously improve meeting quality and effectiveness
Train and drive nurses to understand and properly implement patient management programs such as PEP.
Strengthen customer relationship and build trust/partnership with Endo-department nurse.
Establish Sanofi Diabetes Education as a respected and valued source of medical information for our customers.
3. To provide professional after-sales service
Feed back patient complaints of Solostar or ClikStar pen to QC within 24 hours.
Cooperate with QC and SC to investigate customers complaint issue
Deliver the replaced Solostar or ClikStar pen to patients and conduct individual training
Leverage hospital organized education meeting to provide training for patients on pens/devices ( SoloStar,ClikStar, BGStar, et al) and dev proper use and related knowledge to reduce mis-use complaint.
4. Implement the corporate compliance and financial policies;

Education:
College Degree in or Above, major in medical or related medicine science preferred.
