SAP Services & Support Operational Associate Intern

Purpose & Objectives

Services and Support Technology - Platform and Quality team (SST PQ) is a part of global Digital Business Services (DBS) organization in SAP. We closely cooperate with our Global team and local development teams for fast innovations in services and support transformation, continuously improve customer support experience by creating next generation support solutions and services applications running on SAP cloud platform (SCP) and on- Premise backend systems.

As one important team for transformation and innovation, we operate DBS internal business systems, support applications that deliver services to customers, and cooperate with develop teams to leverage application quality and secure level.

Expectations & Tasks

1. Monitoring Infrastructure business process;

2. Trigger the support process based on monitoring result;

3. Process internal incidents to resolve technical problems;

4. Assistant to provide authorizations to support colleagues;

5. Check and fix inconsistent between different applications;

6. Create and improve documentation to advance support offerings

Educational Qualifications / Skills & Competencies

1. University student, will graduate in July 2018 onwards;

2. Have time to work in 浦东新区哈雷路金科路2889弄长泰广场D栋 for more than 3 days per week, both in semester time and school vacation;

3. Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English;

4. Computer Science, IT, Engineering or Mathematics related major preferred;

5. Knowledge in SAP Basis, Linux server, File server, Database management preferred;

6. First Internship duration is 6 months, willing to extend for another 6 months is a plus.
