To deliver high quality, prompt and efficient Facility Management services in support of Client's business needs in a safe working environment.
Reception:
1. Greeting clients (Internal & external)
2. Handle Telephone Call
3. Mail service procedure
4. Expense Report Procedure
5. Employee card replacement
6. Electronic parking permit
7. Assist staff onboard and dismission
8. The mail distribution management&Return unclaimed letters
9. Projector and remote control management
10. Help Taxi Reservation
11. Keeping reception area cleans and tidies
Helpdesk
1.Meeting room booking
2.Reply emails as per helpdesk SLA
Report
1.Monthly shuttle bus report (occupancy rate & GPS)
2. Submit weekly report every Friday morning.
3.Monthly WO Collection
4.Balanced Score Card
Onsite Support
Provide support for important event: including welcome message, parking space booking, room setup, etc.
Onsite support in case of any other request.
Others
1. Finish other temporary work assigned by superior
职位要求:. University graduates or senior grade (weekly working time >4.5 days)
· Good English speaking and writing skills ( CET 6 preferred)
· Basic Microsoft skills (word excel )
