Position Summary:

Shared service intern will be working in the service department providing services for internal teams, such as Direct Sales, Trade Sales & Service and Charter Operations. Employee will be required to perform any other job-related duties assigned by their supervisor or manager.  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

a)        Providing services for internal teams, such as Charter Operations, Trade Sales & Service and Direct Sales;

b)        Be responsible for FVR, Perishable and Certificate Booking, sending sailing reports, ED Card & Luggage Tag Deliver and Finance Support.

c)        Familiar with all kinds of company products and AS400 reservation system

d)        Be involved in the completion of company’s projects and related tasks

e)        Provide accurate and timely information utilizing company resources.

Qualifications:

·         Bachelor above required

·         Can work at least 6 months

·         At least 3 days per week

Knowledge and Skills:

·         Be proactive and supportive

·         Quick Learner with excellent communication skill

·         Excellent team player.

·         Good grasp of English and computer skills as Microsoft excel，word
