Responsibilities:
工作职责
1. Assist in preparation work for new hire orientation, such as material preparation inform new hires of the orientation协助新员工入职培训,相关培训材料准备、电话通知新员工培训等。
2.Assist in supporting different trainings协助各类培训活动(内部及外部)、培训记录,相关翻译工作。
3.Assist in vendor related work协助与供应商联系合作
4. Assistant in different payment. Such as apply PR/PO and payment timely.协助各类付款
5.Help arrange meeting and office daily work协助其他日常工作
Requirements:
要求
1. Good command of MS Office especially Word, excel and PPT
擅长office, 特别是word, excel 和 PPT 2. Good writing and reading English, prefer excellent oral English;
英语好,笔译能力强 3. Open mind; can do spirit; good at people communication; team work spirit;
认真踏实、沟通能力强、团队合作能力强 4. High responsibility for the work; high energy and enthusiasm;
责任心强 5. At least work 3-4 days per week or above, more than 3 months;
一周至少3天,至少4个月,期望长期稳定 6. Prefer students in third year of University
