Work with HR colleagues to provide service to line departments.
Support personnel management.
Assist to manage master data in SAP system (time keeping for the specified payroll group, status change, leave, etc), and archive the relevant data documents supporting the SAP.
Assist to administer personnel files and other documents (on board and termination documents, contract, job changes and promotion forms, performance review forms, etc)
Assist to recruiting activities (collect application form, telephone, interview, job fairs…)
Administration work, such as visa application, documents release, announcement update on information board, meeting preparation, office supplies procurement…)
Other tasks assigned by HR manager.
