Job Purpose:
Work with a team of product managers on market leading business analytics solutions with world-wide customer base. The intern will be responsible to support the product management team to conduct market/competitor research, build presentation materials, review product designs, host product-related meetings, support day-to-day activities, etc.
Education:
· Candidate for a bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance (preferred), Engineering, or Computer Science
· Candidate for a master’s degree in fields mentioned above
Skills and Competencies:
· Excellent in English communication skills (speaking, listening, and writing)
· Exceptional skills in building professional PPTs and delivering first-class presentations (in Mandarin and English)
· Understand how to conduct market/product research and analysis
· Team player with good inter-personal skills
· (Preferred) Familiar with business/financial management processes (business intelligence, predictive analysis, enterprise performance management concept, financial planning/budgeting process, accounting/consolidation principles, etc.)
Expectations/Tasks:
· Gather materials and conduct customer, market, and competitor research for both China and the global market
· Manage WeChat Official Account for SAP Analytics solutions
· Provide support in market-facing activities and managing interactions with our ecosystem
· Construct professional presentation materials for both internal/external usage
· Present research results to internal stakeholders
· Build business scenarios for purposes of product demos and testing
· Review product to identify usability issues from a business user’s perspective and help improve the overall user experience of the product
· Review product documentation to identify areas for improvements
· Assist with day-to-day activities of the product management team (collect customer feedbacks, monitor product forums, take meeting notes, update PM wikis, etc.)
· Minimum commitment of a 6 months internship commitment
