Mission

The Trade Marketing Intern is to support daily execution of TMKT projects, as well as management of POP master data.

   Key Responsibilities

  Consolidate BA request for POP and visual, submit for approval

  Assist in logistics and follow up for approved POP and visual orders

  Collect onsite photos of POP and visual execution, and consolidate every month

  Assist in filtering and follow up on execution quality from onsite photos, according to guideline

  Assist in managing POP and visual master data base

  Assist in payment and billing process with vendors

  Help with adhoc TMKT projects when needed

    Experience

·         University Junior (3rd year)

    Ideal Candidate

·         Fluent in Chinese and English (both written and oral) , Italian is a plus

·         Marketing, fashion, or commercial knowledge (courses) is preferred

·         Team player with smooth and mature inter-personal communication and organization skills

·         Knowledge of Office Pack (Outlook, EXCEL, Power Point, Word)
