CSR Intern Job description Responsibility: 1. Coordinates liaison service between customer, distributor, sales regarding pricing and other services required before/when the customer places the order; 2. Serves customers & distributors with prompt and efficient processing of customer orders, sample requests, customer requests, inquiries and correspondence; 3. Implements improvements of existing practices and systems; 4. Informs and coordinates with other departments when customer complaints or problem areas are identified; 5. Coordinates with Applications, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales on adaptability of our product to customers’ special needs; Requirement: 1. College/university graduate, junior or senior 大专或本科 2.
