1.Key Accountabilities(What needs to be done-tasks/activities) (1)Working closely with production supplier to ensure the quality meets the standard of brand & ensure each marketing activities POS tools are produced and delivered to stores on time. (2)Support retail marketing with LSM activities, to optimize LSM system and work closely with the landlord & stores manager to control the execution of each LSM activities. Maintaining the relationship with landlord and store managers. (3)Consolidate for monthly, seasonal, annual review of retail mkt campaigns. (4)Regularly communicate and coordinate with internal departments such as Operations Excellence, Operations, Food, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure all teams are kept in the loop with marketing activities. (5)Manage, organize & update all the retail mkt documents including contract, clipping, LSM tool kit, brand standard manual, PR clipping etc. (6) Assist with marketing competitor research, including pricing, new product, customer comments, mkt activities. And share the research result with other team members. (7)Support marketing team on regular administrative work, such as team meeting, travel, expense report, office facilities, etc.

2.Experience/Knowledge Essential: (1)Student who can ensure at least 4 days per week to work (2)MKT related working experience will be a plus (3)Relate major such as marketing, business, etc will be a plus (4)Undergraduate   Desirable: (1)Knowledge of the MKT & FIN will be plus

3.Skills/Competencies Essential: (1)Good Chinese and English (2)Excellent organizational skills & details oriented (3)Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (4)Team spirit and service mentality (5)Strong interest in F&B industry

Desirable: (1)Proficient in Excel, Word, PPT and competent in the use of HR related systems and tools (2)Fluent oral and written English
