Key accountabilities: 1. Book business trip , and arranging schedule. 2.
Travel & Expense report and daily demand. 3. Set up Meetings. 4.
Translation and printing. 5. Submit Purchase order. 6. Monthly Center
Excellence report , CM&LLD list per month,etc. 7.Support Disney English

Critical skills required: 1. Good command in both written and spoken
English. ( English is office language.) 2. Proficient in Microsoft Office ,
especially Excel and Outlook, Other PC skills are welcome. 3. Demonstrated
ability to collaborate in team environment. 4. Carefulness and preciseness
are needed. Other requirement: 1. Junior 3 the 1st year of
postgraduate are prefer. 2. Sufficient time to work at least 3 full days a
week and internship will last for at least 6 months , as soon as possible into
this job.
