To support the HR team to deliver the effective and quality HR service.
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
·Perform recruitment activities to meet the business needs;
·Prepare accurate HR related score card and reports;
·Work with share service HR team to monitor the salary and relative calculation, IIT claim and payments;
·Maintain and keep HR DB and employee personal file in a good and confidential manner.
·Support and assist in annual market survey and salary review;
·Communicate HR related policy in a clear and effective way;
·Support to review HR Operation process to ensure service delivered in an effective and satisfied quality level;
·Other ad-hoc tasks to be assigned by the manager;
