Job Description
1. Responsible for contact window between internal user and supplier
2. Assist with data collecting and analyzing
3. Maintain basic data in internal systems (PMD,SRM,SAP, Supply On, etc)
4. Assist in constituting with supplier and signing contract
6. Administrative works (stationary purchasing, meeting room booking, etc)
7. Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
1. Bachelor or above degree
2. Be patient, attentive and efficiency oriented, proactive and responsible
3. Interested in purchasing process
4. Good logic and communication skill
5. Fluent in oral and written English
6. Computer Proficiency (Microsoft Office and Excel critical)
7. Able to work at least 4 days a week. At least 6 months
