Major Responsibility:
1. 办公室环境维护 Office environment maintenance.
2. 办公用品订购 Office stationary order
3. 办公室厨房供应维护(员工小零食、水果、咖啡等订购)Weekly petty cash (snacks\fruits\coffee order, etc.)
4. 每月员工生日及周年庆祝 Monthly employee birthday or anniversary celebration
5. 协助策划及举办公司活动(如kick-off,annual trip, annual party)Assit in company activities (such as quarterly kick-off\annual trip\annual party, etc.)
6. 制作候选人报告 Prepare candidate reports if necessary
7. 公司人才数据库的维护(每周系统合规检查) Company database maintenance and weekly KPI audit
8. 完成经理交办的其他辅助性日常工作 Assist other admin stuff as required.
Major requirement:
1. 熟练使用excel、word、ppt等常用办公软件 Familiar with Microsoft office (excel\word\ppt)
2. 性格开朗、工作热情,有强烈的责任心。(Open minded\passion\strong responsibility)
3. 大专及以上学历,英语四级。(Diploma\bachelor degree, CET 4)
4. 公司坐标虹桥南丰城(2号线娄山关路站)
