The Position
HR Assistant, Contractor
(可接受17年6月或12月或18年3月应届毕业生)
The Challenge
Reporting and system maintenance issue: employee personal file, all personnel changes reflection in system, need monitor the data accuracy and on time change, e.g. create position ID, maintain accurate organization structure, cost center in the system etc.
Document preparation and follow up: e.g. promotion letter, transfer letter, renew internship agreement etc.
Other reporting requirement (maintain organization chart, monthly report etc.)
Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.)
Social Club Administration job (confirm name list, long service award, ppt. prepare gift, etc.)
Business trip visa application process, etc.
Admin support (e.g. purchasing order in SRM system, EAM system admin etc.)
Other ad-hoc HR & Admin support
The Ideal
Good communication and inter-personal skills
Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic environment
Positive attitude and mature, able to work in pressure
Proficient in MS office (especially for Excel)
Good English is required for both written and speaking
Bachler degree (can be fresh graduates)
