岗位职责:
1、协助支持人力资源相关事务; 2、档案室管理及员工档案维护:员工人事相关文件的归档; 3、人事相关文件的分类送签; 4、协助完成人力资源部的行政支持工作。
Responsibility: -Provide administrative support on HR related tasks -Employee personnel file: employment related documents filing -Employment related documents distribution
-Administrative support: provide other HR administration support as needed
任职要求:
1、本科或硕士在读; 2、良好的沟通和协调能力; 3、认真细心、具备一定的抗压能力; 4、良好的中英文表达及办公软件操作; 5、一周至少3天,优先考虑6个月以上的申请者。 Requirement: - Bachelor and above, majored in Business / Economics related is preferred
- Good at EXCEL, Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook skills - Good attention to detail - Fluent in spoken and written English
