Job Objective:
5-6 months position opening for the Assistant role at Marketing department in Shanghai office. Starting date: December, 2017.
Being responsible for supporting the development of strategies and internal management procedures and processes, along with analyzing new and existing business models to boost efficiency of management programs.
Key duties/responsibilities:
Analyzing new and improved business models and preparation of the data summary reports for the team
Developing procedures that boost company efficiency
Working with managing and maintaining company organization systems
Researching methods of improvement to increase efficiency in handling information
Provide documentation support
Follow up with online inquiries
Carrying out administrative work
Requirements:
Experienced knowledge in MS Office, particularly strong knowledge of math, Excel and Power Point
Excellent English language skills
Motivated and curious about doing business in China
Ability to contribute within a multicultural team
Comfortable in new environments
Chinese skills and experience preferred
Western business attire required
