Major responsibilities:  主要职责

---Follow up progress of all leasing projects within Central and South of China, South Korea region.

负责跟进所有中区，南区及韩国区域的门店租赁项目。

---Consolidate  information from regions 

负责搜集整合各个区域相关信息。

---Update the weekly report of travel schedule of all Real Estate Managers 

负责整理并更新所有团队经理每周差旅计划报告。

---Check and update report of new store opening bi-weekly

负责检查并更新新门店开幕进度表。

---Monitor system record of all leasing projects as well as details of commercial terms and remind Real Estate Managers to modify mistakes once found

负责跟踪系统中所有租赁项目记录及各项商业条款细节，并及时提醒团队经理更改系统中发现的错误。

---Responsible for contract stamping for the department

负责部门合同盖章。

---Provide admin support for department head, e.g. flight ticks and hotel booking etc

负责为部门外籍负责人提供行政支持，比如 机票酒店预订等。

---Other ad hoc work assigned by department head 

 其他由部门外籍负责人临时安排的各项事务。

Job requirements: 资历要求

---Bachelor degree or above, excellent English communication both spoken and written, Spanish is a plus

本科及以上学历， 的英文口语沟通及书写能力，懂西班牙语可加分。：）

---Excellent communication skills and flexible. 

的沟通能力及灵活应变能力。

---Excellent execution and operation skill.

出色的执行能力。

---Good excel, presentation, word skills.

良好的办公软件操作能力： excel,ppt word。

--- 4-5 days/ week
