Functions
1. Interview & Selection
• Play a key role in achieving HRnetGroup’s recruitment goals by developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract talents locally and regionally
• Conduct and lead effective group hiring and achieve the hiring targets
• Facilitate group assessment centre for potential candidates
• Perform candidates’ closure and follow-up on start work
• Administer the Letter of Appointment for new hires; including application of Employment Visa, accommodation and travel matters for foreigners, where applicable
• Manage and drive the internship programmes
2. General HR Operations
• Initiate HR intervention activities/programmes which will support the achievement of business goals positively and other HR-related issues
• Assist to translate business objectives into HR deliverables which will motivate higher business performances
• Work closely with HRD and Leaders to identify learning gaps and solutions which will drive excellent performance and succession planning
• Co-drive performance management program and processes (including confirmation, promotion, and yearly and half-yearly performance review)
• Partner Leaders to facilitate and administer any career progression change (such as promotion, cross functions/countries transfer, re-designation, relocation, etc.)
• Manage and administer exit process for resigning employees (ie. conduct exit interview, issue letter, conduct exit clearance, etc)
• Keep up-to-date with all employment laws and statutory regulations
• Enforce compliances of HR policies and procedures
• Work closely with external HR partners to provide effective support to staff
3. Other HR Projects
§ Assist in developing constantly improving in materials for Learning & Development Programme, Orientation, etc
§ Provide business support to other operational HR Managers/Executives with short turnaround time for statistical, historical and performance information for any necessary actions
§ Assist in organizing events for staff, business associates, etc (eg Family Day, Annual Company Functions, Relationship Building Activities with clients, etc)
§ Co-drive and contribute to the HR’s initiatives for system integrations, migrations and enhancement
§ Assist in enhancement and improvement in various HR processes, policies and system.
§ Manage or assist in any other adhoc projects as assigned
4. Others
§ Realise and practice the 6 core values
