Position: Compliance Intern, Ethics and Compliance Governance Team
Report to: Ethics & Compliance Governance Director, and other members of this team
Main responsibilities:
· Conduct Conflict of Interests (2017) project to internal employees across GSK pan China;
· Assist in internal auditing and risks assessment with 3rd party vendors of GSK Compliance (including, testing document preparing, auditing samples downloading, and project kick-off meetings arrangement);
· Help to conduct and distribute online and offline values training courses;
· Perform data analysis and data reports based on data collection;
· Attend project kick-off meetings and prepare meeting minutes;
· Other ad hoc works.
Requisitions:
· Availability: at least 4 days per week (prefer full-time) and 6 months above;
· Educational background: undergraduate or above, no specific majors, major in Business related is a plus;
· Good Command in written and oral English;
· Proficient in data analysis, especially the good master of Excel and PowerPoint skills;
· Good Communication Skills and other soft skills;
· Able to work under pressure and multi-task conditions;
