职位描述:
- Assist Porsche Centers to maintain correct and updated customer information in C@P based on PCN’s requirements. 根据PCN的要求协助保时捷中心维护C@P系统内客户信息的准确性和有效性 - Conduct Recall campaign and Workshop campaigns based on PCN standard process, make the phone call and issue the initial letter in time. 遵循PCN标准流程执行召回活动以及车间活动,在规定时限内完成电话拨打和挂号信寄送 - Call the customers who haven’t visited the workshop in 12 months for reminding. 针对超过12个月未进店客户的电话回访 - All phones call should be recorded in C@P, keep the information for customers out of reach. 确保所有电话记录保存在C@P系统中,记录无法联系的客户信息 - In charge of the first call of all campaign invitations and later missed customer follow up. 负责所有活动邀约的通电话,并对未成功联络到的客户进行后续跟进 - Confirm workshop capacity for campaigns with every Porsche Center in advance, arrange a reasonable number of phone calls every day. 提前与各中心确认车间执行活动内容的产能,合理安排每天电话的数量 - Check PIWIS (PQIS) and get support from other Porsche Centers for unreachable customers. Submit reports regularly. 针对无法联系到的客户,检查PIWIS (PQIS)系统的历史维修记录并联系相关保时捷中心提供支持,定期提供报告 - Monitor if Porsche Centers has implemented correct campaign for customers who visit center with campaign without appointment. 监督保时捷中心是否对非主动预约(活动)的售后客户正确地完成了相关工作 - Take over the responsibility of grey vehicle which first appear in China market strictly based on PCN’s requirements. 严格按照PCN要求,处理在中国首次出现的非正规渠道进口车的相关业务 - Prepare weekly/monthly reporting’s and prepare exemption application. 制作周报和月报,并准备豁免申请的相关材料 - Keep communication with MKT, CRM and Sales Department. 与市场部、客户关系部和销售部保持沟通 - Accomplish other tasks from superior. 与直属上级做好对接,完成布置的其他任务
