负责内部辅助工作,辅助财务相关事项如报销,政策翻译,项目文件,等
协助完成部门内部日常的行政工作,如订会议室,报销,内部网站维护等
职位要求: 非2017年毕业的在校本科生或研究生(或已保研的大四学生) 实习期要求六个月,每周保证五天出勤率。 工作认真负责,严谨细致, 注重细节 熟练掌握Office软件,有较好的英文翻译水平。 要求良好的英语听力和口语水平
Job Description: 1.Project management: Is a dedicated project member; Prepares project plans, outlines, or progress reports; Strong translation skills. Controls own project area, identifies issues and escalates when necessary 2.Consultancy: Is able to clearly and concisely present both written and/or oral information Keeps up-to-date with trends and developments relevant to professional expertise
Have basic knowledge of using IT systems, e.g. data input, managing access, etc. 3.Reporting and Expression Capability Clearly organizes one’s point of view Prepares simple business reports with reference or guidance
Be detail-oriented 4.Provide Team Administration support as necessary Books meeting room Processes reimbursement as necessary Facilitates team workshop, meetings, on-boarding, travel arrangement
