Job Duties:
- Help with recruitment process such as candidate searching, phone interview, interview arrangement and system update, etc; - Handle new hire check-in, p-file preparation; - Handle employee’s queries on company policies, system operation process, etc; - Help on HR related report generation and preparation; - Conduct employee exit procedure; - Assist HR activities; - Execute other HR daily operations that are not listed above.
Requirements:
- University degree preferably in Human Resources; - Fresh graduate; - Good command of English in both speaking and writing; - Detail-oriented, proactive and fast learning; - PC skill (Excel, Powerpoint, Word); - Good interpersonal skills; - Able to work under pressure.
