Job Responsibility:
1. Assisting in the development and delivery of marketing information and activities that support AP purchasing department.
2. Making a positive contribution to promotional events by supporting the development and implementation of events, publicity and information campaigns.
3. Actively network with the membership, to collect information on China daily News to do formal and informal research.
4. Assisting PSGx-AP team to develop relevant and effective management information and respond to it.
5. Carrying out general administrative procedures including updating website content management, social media and communication channels.
6. Carry out other duties as the Manager or delegate may direct, consistent with the post’s grade.
Required knowledge competencies and attributes :
• Good communication skills to work in an international team
• Fluent oral and written English
• A quick learner who is self-driven and detail-oriented
• Major in MBA, Business Management or economics is preferred
