▌任职要求: 1. Native mandarin with excellent command of spoken and written English; 2. Able to work as a full-time intern for six months (Monday-Friday, 9:00-18:00) 3. Excellent interpersonal skills (strong sense of responsibility, details-oriented and communication skills etc.) with self-motivation to learn and achieve from an internship;

▌岗位描述

Responsible for membership management support, tasks include (but are not limited to):

1. Members database, and distribution lists maintenance and update. 2. Issue invoice for new/renewed members. 3. Responsible for the member kit, i.e. updating data, preparing and sending to new members. 4. Sending the publications to members.

5. Conducting research on companies as requested by the Manager.

6. Conduct factory tour registration and some additional supportive tasks from marketing.

Supporting roles:

o Onsite management - Responsible for the registration desk (set up, banners, brochures, registration lists, collecting entrance fees, issuing receipts, photos, etc) of Guangzhou events

The internship presents an opportunity to gain valuable experience within all areas that the European Chamber is involved in, including lobbying, factory tour, gala dinner and organizing WG meetings with European industry.

The internship will start in October 2017 and run for at least 6 months. Recent graduates or students with a 6 month working semester are only considered. Please note that the intern shall work 5 days a week in the China Shine Plaza in Guangzhou.

No allowance during the first three months and from the fourth month 2,300 RMB will be given every month.

Upon successful completion of the 6 months internship, a letter of recommendation from the Chamber will be provided as a reference.
