Responsibilities 1. Answer and transfer phone calls, take message when necessary. 2. Vehicle Management 3. Handle in-out express, packages and keep the records. 4. Deal with guests and visits 5. Book flight/train tickets and hotels; 6. Manage company stationary; 7. Support to manage the service of cleaner in order to provide safe, tidy and clean working environment; 8. Assist on other related office administration affairs; 9. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor and manager. Requirements 1.
