Job Responsibilities:
1、Overall assistant for the Strategic Hiring team
2、Recruitment advertisement management through external and internal website
3、CV screening and doing interviews under the instruction of the recruiting manager/specialist
4、Assist with documents preparation and interview arrangement
5、Maintain effective communication with candidates and internal clients
6、Other Assignment as required
Qualifications:
1、 Bachelor degree or above
2、Excellent English language skills (written)
3、Excellent knowledge of MS-Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
4、Very good communication skills, flexibility and enthusiasm
5、Self-motivation, independent working style and ability to take initiative
6、prefer 大三和研一,研二学生
