Key Responsibility:

Work closely with recruitment consultant to understand the detailed hiring requirement from client

Creatively source candidates via various channels

Screen candidates by phone, may join candidate interview with senior candidates

Collect and screen CVs according to job specifications and requirements from clients.

Support consultant in making recruitment calls to the targeted candidates

Thorough and in depth research in the company and positions accountable for.

Present the profile to the consultant to further justify the candidates.

Ensure the candidate revised profile is keyed into the system.

Research the specific market to maintain current and up-to-date industry information.

Follow through process and procedure to get result

Key Requirements:

Undergraduate student or postgraduate students

Must be able to commit to at least 3 months internship (4-5 days/week)

IT or engineering major students are highly preferred

Diligent and self-driven

Good interpersonal skills, fluency in English will be a plus
