Sourcing potential candidates through various channels: phone call/internet/social media etc.

Conduct phone screening of candidates and assisting the consultants in recruiting for different positions.

Coordinate events for internal and external recruiting engagements and interview days.

Research and Market mapping of the best practices.

Data maintenance on a consistent and timely basis

Report on project progress and results
