职位描述：
Position Summary the summer
intern position will work closely with GM China Chassis engineering team
for:
-
ATW project – Improved / Multifunction use for spare wheel and tire assembly
Objective
Work closely with GM China Chassis engineering team for
spare wheel project
Select, refine and finalize the design concept
Develop the test design and validation criteria to
validate the chosen design concept
Support prototype manufacturing and assembly with GM
China Lab team
Timing
Summer 2017 (up to 3 Months)
Responsibilities Support
execution of Chassis department ATW projects
Complete detailed design for different concepts and
modeling in UG
Design, review and optimize with thermal DREs
support
2D drawing creating and reading
Support on prototype sample manufacture and assembly with GM China Lab team
Qualification：
Studying for Bachelor/Master degree in mechanical
engineering, industrial design, electrical
engineering
Experience or interest in automobile Chassis systems
design and product development
Quick learner and team player
Design (CAD) experience and capability – UG
preferred
Oral and written English skills
