The Amazon Global IT team has an immediate opening for an IT Technician - Intern to support Amazon.com's growing presence in the Beijing office. The IT Support Engineer-Intern will be extremely customer focused and must have a good understanding of computer systems (both hardware and software) and a demonstrated willingness to learn and apply new technology. They will work with his/her team and manager on procurement, data analysis and basic IT operation, will be innovative, energetic, and able to adapt to new processes and procedures quickly while dealing with a high volume of requests.

Basic Qualifications

·         Bachelor and above degree, with attendance of at least 4 days a week

·         Good verbal and written communication skills, both in Chinese and English language. This includes the ability to explain technical terminology to non-technical end users

·         Assist to deal with daily IT helpdesk tasks

·         Finish tasks assigned by IT Manager

        完成IT经理分配的工作

Preferred Qualifications
